1. Results of an ultrastructural investigation of 4 tumors resp. hyperplasias of skin (endometriom, lymphadenosis cutis benigna Bäfverstedt, mastozytom, oral papillomatosis) show that the substance of granules from mastcells and eosinophilic granulocytes influence the composition and synthesis of the groundsubstance and its fibrous materials.

Die feinstrukturelle Untersuchung von 4 verschiedenen Tumoren bzw. Hyperplasien im Hautorgan mit besonderer Beteiligung des Bindegewebes und dessen cellulärer Bestandteile (Endometriom, Lymphadenosis cutis benigna Bäferstedt, Mastocytom, orale Papillomatose) erbrachte Hinweise darauf, daß die Zusammensetzung der Grundsubstanz und ihrer faserigen Bestandteile sowie deren Synthese durch die Wirksubstanzen der Granula von Mastzellen und eosinophilen Granulocyten verändert werden kann.
